As the photographer for She Drives, I had the opportunity to document an inspiring day filled with style, storytelling, wellness, and meaningful connection. Hosted by Cassandra McClure at Auto Vino, the event brought together entrepreneurs, creatives, community leaders, and brands for an experience that felt both elevated and authentic.
What stood out most was the energy in the room. Women showed up ready to connect, support one another, and step confidently into their next chapter. Every conversation, activation, and portrait reflected a sense of momentum and purpose.
Fashion and personal style played a major role throughout the day. Special thanks to stylist Carlos Gonzalez for bringing his editorial perspective to the event, along with fashion and jewelry partners Sparkling Tales Vintage, Alahas Boutique, Kavacha Designs, Yayah Gemstone Jewelry, and Sense of Nadia, whose aromatic jewelry bar created a unique sensory experience for guests.
Wellness and beauty experiences added another layer to the event. Glow San Carlos, West Coast Beauty Co., Inner Essence Health, and Pelvic Prime Plus offered guests opportunities to focus on self-care, confidence, and overall well-being.
Guests enjoyed incredible food and beverages from celebrity chef Kimberly Gamble, Namesake Cheesecake, Sweet Soul Matcha, The Wellness Affair, Kelly Axelrod, and Woodside Vineyard. Thoughtful gifts from Maison Palo Santo and Eat Cruno Healthy Granola extended the experience beyond the event itself.
The atmosphere was elevated by immersive brand activations including PixC Booth's GlamBot 360 experience, luxury vehicles from Nobiluxe Escapes, and live music by Dustin. These elements created countless opportunities for memorable moments and beautiful imagery throughout the day.
It was also an honor to document inspiring speakers and community partners, including bestselling author Jamie McFadden and nonprofit partner Dress for Success. Their presence reinforced the event's mission of empowering and supporting women both personally and professionally.
From vintage fashion and luxury cars to meaningful conversations and new connections, She Drives was about more than appearances. It was about visibility, confidence, and creating space for women to feel seen, celebrated, and inspired.
